Why we do what we do, how we do it and everything GDPR related

Our Mission

InSec Ltd was started with the intent to provide the best value security systems through ethical business practices in the most efficient way possible.

To do that, we have carefully chosen the products we use based upon years of actually installing and servicing them for their reliability, ease of use and futureproofing. We use quality equipment from trusted manufacturers like Texecom, Bosch, TDSi, Optex, Dahua, Luxrite and Hikvision to name a few.

And with over seventeen years of experience in the security systems industry, we have dealt with a broad range of manufacturers systems including Comelit, Scantronic, Paxton, Menvier, Gardtec/Risco, Eneo and LTS.

No matter what system you have, we can help.

How we operate

InSec Ltd is based on three core principles, the foundations for every step of our business model and day to day operations.

We will never use pressure selling tactics, charge you more than we quoted for the job, make you pay for something you didn’t agree to or hold you hostage through twisted terms and conditions.

Once a quote is given, it is valid for fourteen days, so you can compare with other providers. Our prices are fair, and our modest profits are reinvested in the company.

We will advise you as to what we think you need based on your circumstances and our experience. As long as it doesn’t conflict with the ethical standards we hold to and the legal and regulatory requirements of the industry, we will provide what you ask for.

Every process has been paired back to its simplest form and our systems are designed to be as uncomplicated to operate as possible. We have as few people involved in a process and the minimal number of steps as possible in order to efficiently carry out our business. We want you to feel confident that if you need something done, the path from you contacting us to the job being completed is as smooth as silk.

From the materials we use to our pricing structure, we want to be as sustainable as possible. We recycle as much material as we can, avoid disposable products where feasible and use those made from recycled materials wherever practical, we also avoid bulk buying to prevent expiry and obsolescence whilst on the shelf. We keep our supply chain as short as we can, from suppliers committed to cutting waste as much as feasible in our industry. We support local business wherever possible and actively try to avoid using equipment that ties you into a manufacturer’s specific ecosystem and planned obsolescence. We want any system we install to have a long happy life, with flexibility to adapt cost effectively if your needs change.
